Family Health Clinic

When you’re sick, you want to be treated with care and concern, and you want treatment that leads to quick healing.  You will find just what you need at the Family Health Clinic, an affiliate of AGH.      The clinic is located at 612 N. 13th St.

Husband and wife team David and Annette Aguilar are the clinic’s Family Nurse Practitioners.  Muneer Khan, M.D., Internal Medicine, serves as the Medical Director.  They are assisted by a staff of six, including two nurses.

At the clinic, you will find compassionate care.  Whether it is an illness, an accident or a routine physical or wellness check, the Family Health Clinic provides the services you need.  Immunizations, X-rays, basic lab work and minor surgical procedures can be performed at the clinic.

As the name implies, the entire family can be treated at the Family Health Clinic.  David and Annette Aguilar, Certified Nurse Practitioners provide cost effective health care in suite J, 612 13th St.  

The clinic accepts Medicare, Medicaid, and most insurance plans.  David and Annette Aguilar are approved as participating providers of Presbyterian insurance and welcome Presbyterian subscribers.

Same day appointments and walk-ins are available for your convenience.  The clinic is open Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. – noon.  David and Annette are accepting new patients, and appointments can be made by calling 575-746-3119.
