Our team of skilled professionals are led  by Jorge Abalos, DO and Edwin T. McGroarty, MD.  Rayne Moya and Stephen Janway are the clinic’s Certified Nurse Practitioners.  They are assisted by a staff of eighteen, including five nurses.

At Memorial Family Practice, you will find compassionate care.  Whether it is an illness, an accident or a routine physical or wellness check,  Memorial Family Practice provides the services you and your  family need.  Immunizations, X-rays, basic  lab work and minor surgical procedures can be performed at the clinic.

Medicare, Medicaid, and most insurance plans are accepted and Memorial Family Practice is an approved provider of Presbyterian insurance and welcomes Presbyterian subscribers.

Our physicians are available to give you the care you need when you need it.  Same day appointments and walk-ins are available for your convenience.  The clinic is open Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. – noon.  Call 575-746-3119 for more information or appointments.
