Memorial Family Practice Welcomes Terah Sexton

Terah Maupin Sexton is a native of Artesia. From a young age, she expressed the desire to serve others in a medical capacity.

After graduating from Artesia High School in 2002, Terah went on to earn top honors from the University of North Texas, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Biology. Terah returned to New Mexico to complete her medical education at University of St. Francis in Albuquerque. In April, 2010 she graduated with a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies.

Terah is married to Chance Sexton and they reside in Artesia. They are active members of Hermosa Drive Church of Christ and share a love of the outdoors and their three dogs.

Terah returns to Artesia with the goal of providing excellent health care. She is excited about giving back to the community where she grew up.
