Administrative Assistant to Practice Manager

Assist the project manager with various day to day operations, projects, maintaining calendar, physician information and licensing and other duties as they may arise.

Director of Surgical Services

Responsible for overall functioning of the Surgical Services department and facilitates/coordinates continuity of care for all patients served in the department.

Sterile Processing Tech

Assures orderliness and cleanliness of unit, equipment, and work areas. Assembles trays as needed for ease of sterilization and handling. Demonstrates correct operation of equipment and procedures.

Medical Records Clerk

Performs the services of copying, chart assembly, analysis, and chart retrieval of patient medical records.

O.R. Receiving/Disribution Clerk

Works closely with the O.R. Procurement Coordinator to establish and maintain multiple par areas within the O.R..

Respiratory Therapist

Assess and provide necessary treatment for all ages of patients related to respiratory, and/or cardiac difficulties.

Physical Therapist or Physical Therapy Assistant

Physical therapy services are provided in response to a physician’s referral, in accordance with the laws governing the state of New Mexico, and within the scope of the therapist’s/ assistants training, knowledge, and experience. This may include, but is not limited to, evaluation and treatment of functional mobility, motor function, muscular strengthening, sensation, wounds, ambulation, balance, social, and environmental needs. Direct patient care is provided to individuals of all ages, as his or her caseload demands.

Case Manager / Swing Bed Coordinator

Responsible for establishing and maintaining open, effective communication between facility and referring publics, consumers, physicians, and third party payers.


Directs the organizations financial planning and accounting practices.


Receives, obtains, processes and analyzes specimens for laboratory analysis on all patient age groups.

Director of Respiratory Therapy

Oversee the assessment and necessary treatment for all ages of patients related to respiratory, and/or cardiac difficulties.

Medical Assistant / Clinics

Under the direction of a RN/LPN or practitioner performs basic patient care activities.

Clinic Nurse

Provides professional nursing care for clinic/office patient within the scope of regulations outlined in the New Mexico Nurse Practice Act.


Provides a broad range of clerical functions for physicians and patients.

House Supervisor

Responsible for coordinating and maintaining quality patient care through effective management of the activities of the total patient care during assigned shift. In the absence of the Chief Nursing Officer and/or designee, the House Supervisor has the authority and responsibility for administrative decisions and appropriate notification of the administrator on-call.

Certified O.R. / Scrub Tech

Assists in the care and preparation and maintenance of sterile and unsterile supplies and equipment for use during surgical procedures.Functionas the scrub tech on surgical procedures of varying type and complexity.

O.R. Circulator / RN

Monitors the procedures in the operating rooms during surgery. Acts as liason between O.R. room staff and the rest of the hospital.

Registered Nurse for Emergency Room

Perform direct patient care, utilizing established procedures, policies, and standards. Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

Registered Nurse

Needed for Med/Surg & I.C.U. Unit. NM or Compact state License required.

Certified Nurse Practitioner

Provides professional nursing care for clinic/office patients within the scope of regulations outlined in the New Mexico Nurse Practice Act and licensed practitioner.

Assist with activities of daily living and personal care assistance to patients. Monitors patients and collects information to be documented in the medical record. Perform bedside testing as necessary and basic patient care.


Full time. Cleans designated patient rooms and support areas. Cleans floors, surfaces, windows, and furniture. Removes trash and soiled linen. Distributes clean linen. May replace linens and make up bed units.
