Admissions Supervisor

Under general direction of the Business Office Director, plans, organizes, directs, staffs and controls a wide range of operations and activities pertaining to patient registration and hospital admitting, including but not limited to, financial counseling, insurance verification, pre-registration, service scheduling, and point-of-service collections; provides daily direction and leadership to assigned staff; develops and administers new programs and services; participates in Hospital strategic development and planning processes; and performs other duties as assigned.

Central Sterile Supply Tech

The Sterile Processing Tech uses a wide variety of tools, techniques, and equipment to provide sterile surgical instruments.

Certified Nurse Assistant

Assist with activities of daily living and personal care assistance to patients. Monitors patients and collects information to be documented in the medical record. Perform bedside testing as necessary and basic patient care.

Certified O.R. / Scrub Tech

Assists in the care and preparation and maintenance of sterile and unsterile supplies and equipment for use during surgical procedures.Functionas the scrub tech on surgical procedures of varying type and complexity.

Clinic Nurse

Provides professional nursing care for clinic/office patient within the scope of regulations outlined in the New Mexico Nurse Practice Act.

Director of Med/Surg

Responsible for overall functioning of the Med/Surg department and facilitates/coordinates continuity of care for all patients served in said department.

Director of Senior Care Unit

Responsible for overall functioning of the Senior Care Unit and facilitates/coordinates continuity of care for all patients served in said department.

House Supervisor

Responsible for coordinating and maintaining quality patient care through effective management of the activities of the total patient care during assigned shift. In the absence of the Chief Nursing Officer and/or designee, the House Supervisor has the authority and responsibility for administrative decisions and appropriate notification of the administrator on-call.

Medical Assistant / Clinics

Under the direction of a RN/LPN or practitioner performs basic patient care activities.

Medical Records Clerk

Performs the services of copying, chart assembly, analysis, and chart retrieval of patient medical records.

Medical Technologist

Receives, obtains, processes and analyzes specimens for laboratory analysis on all patient age groups.

MRI Tech

Provide diagnostic patient care services using ionizing radiation equipment and/or related diagnostic equipment.

O.R. Circulator / RN

Monitors the procedures in the operating rooms during surgery. Acts as liason between O.R. room staff and the rest of the hospital.

Patient Service Representative

Primarily responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of hospital admissions and outpatient services.

Physical Therapist or Physical Therapy Assistant

Physical therapy services are provided in response to a physician’s referral, in accordance with the laws governing the state of New Mexico, and within the scope of the therapist’s/ assistants training, knowledge, and experience. This may include, but is not limited to, evaluation and treatment of functional mobility, motor function, muscular strengthening, sensation, wounds, ambulation, balance, social, and environmental needs. Direct patient care is provided to individuals of all ages, as his or her caseload demands.

Pre-Op / PACU RN

At least one year in nursing field, preferably in an Operating Room, PACU and/or intensive care setting

Quality Services Director

Responsible for the development, coordination, implementation and/or oversight of the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement Program, Event Reporting(Risk) System, Infection Control Program, Employee Health and Patient Safety Initiatives.

Radiology Technologist

Perform clinical assessment and diagnostic radiographic examinations. As well as analyze and synthesize radiography information and medical history of patients.

Receptionist

Provides a broad range of clerical functions for physicians and patients.

Registered Nurse for Emergency Room

Perform direct patient care, utilizing established procedures, policies, and standards. Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

Rehab Tech/Clerk

• This position will be a liaison between non-essential patient care responsibilities such as maintaining equipment and supplies in a clean and orderly environment to essential transporting of patients to and from the therapy gym from the lobby or point of entry. •The rehab tech will be focused on assisting the therapist provide the best customer service and perform tasks under the direction of the therapist which will enable the therapist to focus more directly on providing uninterrupted patient care.

Respiratory Therapist

Assess and provide necessary treatment for all ages of patients related to respiratory, and/or cardiac difficulties.

RN for Med/Surg Unit

Responsible for the delivery of care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation; and effectively interacts with patient, significant others, and other health team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing. Current New Mexico or Compact License and BLS required. ACLS, PALS preferred. One year relevant experience

Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Process, maintain, and dispense supplies and equipment required by Medical, Nursing and Support Personnel. Distribute and post mail. Assist in product recall.
