William J. Baggs, MD
Dr. Baggs received his undergraduate degree from Duke University. He completed his medical education at Duke Medical School and residency at University of Illinois Hospital. He is Board Certified in orthopaedics by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. He completed an orthopaedic fellowship granted by the American Orthopaedic Association. Dr. Baggs is a Diplomat of National Board of Medical Examiners. He holds a certificate of Added Qualifications in Surgery of the Hand granted by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.
Dr. Baggs served the US Army at Nobel Army Hospital in Alabama achieving the rank of Captain.
In his free time, Dr. Baggs enjoys fly fishing, gardening and travel.
